Animal Corner
"Lescoat" still retains many of the original features of it's previous life as a productive farm, including its menagerie of animals.

We now have a collection of two hens and two cockerels. Although they are family pets; all with names, the hens provide fresh eggs daily, for use in the house or for sale.

Our long suffering cats are Harry and Suzie who will make themselves scarce when visitors are around but will sneak into any bedroom if there is an offer of a warm bed - so keep your door shut! |

Marley and Bridget have been with us since April 2006. Bridget's first born was a young buck called Flash who has moved onto his own hareem. In January 2007, we had the arrival of Bridgette's second brood, two young ladies, Bloom and Leyla who we hope will stay with us. |

Every home has to have one - Tanguy came to us as a four month old puppy. He is very lively and can be very naughty. His favourite pasttime, other than chasing the goats is to dig up everything we plan. It's the terrier in him, so they say! |
